This course was originally designed by the Land Transport Authority, and aims to help you become a safer driver. It is aimed at students on their Restricted License and will reduce the amount of time you are on that licence and enable you to get your Full License sooner ....
In this course we look at; the total driving picture, risks, and why people choose to take them, ways to change our behaviours, hazards and how to recognize and respond to them. The course is divided into four 2-hour classroom type sessions and an hour individual practical session. A small amount of homework is required and is essential to successfully completing this course.
(This course is not recommended for students on their Learners licence and they can only enrol under special circumstances and prior arrangement.)
The cost of this course is $215*, or $195* if you are a former Franklin Driving School student. The cost includes: All sessions, the Street Talk Logbook and the Street Talk Certificate which is issued after successful completion of the course.
Courses are held regularly throughout the year. The 4 classroom sessions run from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
Pukekohe courses are held at the Reformed Church of Pukekohe, 2 Victoria Street, Pukekohe.
